Located in town opposite beautiful karri forest, this rammed-earth home has five bedrooms (two queen beds and six singles) and can sleep up to ten people. It is beautifully finished with all that you need for a great relaxing holiday.

Situated in a quiet location with views of tall karri trees the house is a five minute walk to the centre of Margaret River and a ten minute drive to the beach at Prevelly.

The cost is $350 per night for up to 4 people with an additional $30 per person per night up to 10 people with a two night minimum at all times.

Directions: Arriving into Margaret River from the north turn left off the main street (Bussell Highway) at the Margaret River Hotel onto Willmott Avenue. Follow this road until you see water towers on the left hand side. Turn left here onto Elva Street, follow to the end where the road turns right and becomes Barrett Street. Karri Manor is the large house on the corner, first driveway on your right.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Karri Manor bookings require 50% of the cost of the stay within seven days of enquiry to secure your booking. Final balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any bookings cancelled within one week of arriving will forfeit one night’s accommodation and a $50 administration fee. Any bookings cancelled prior to one week of arriving will forfeit a $50 administration fee. Any bookings cancelled within one week during peak season will incur a loss of all payments received. Peak season = Public Holidays School Holidays and Major Regional Events.

Noise Policy
Karri Manor has a very strict noise policy which states that guests are requested to reduce all noise to a minimal level (particularly on the verandahs) after 10pm. Parties are not permitted at Karri Manor without the prior written consent of the owners. The owners reserve the rights to ask any guests to leave the house should this policy be breached.
